2 oz soba noodles
1 package firm tofu
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1-2 stalks green onion, sliced
2 Tbsp Tamari or soy sauce
1 Tbsp cooking oil
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
