Hummus and Vegetable Lettuce Wraps


Ingredients


1 head butter lettuce


6 oz hummus


3 cups crisp vegetables (turnip, radish, cabbage, carrots, etc.)


1/8 cup rice vinegar


2 oz soba noodles


1 package firm tofu


1 Tbsp sesame seeds


1-2 stalks green onion, sliced


2 Tbsp Tamari or soy sauce


1 Tbsp cooking oil


2 tsp toasted sesame oil


Salt and pepper to taste
