Ingredients


2 turnips (can sub radishes)


1 clove garlic, minced


1 Tbsp olive oil


2 tsp sesame seeds


2 tsp honey


1 Tbsp soy sauce


2 Tbsp minced cilantro


4-5 handfuls lettuce


1 cup cooked quinoa


1/4 cup scallions, diced


2 Tbsp rice vinegar


1 tsp toasted sesame oil


Salt to taste
