Quick Pickled Watermelon Radishkate3772Mar 25, 20221 min readIngredients1 watermelon radish, washed, peeled, and shredded or sliced very thin1/4 cup rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)2 Tbsp sugar (or maple syrup)SaltDirectionsAdd vinegar and sugar into a large bowl and mix well.
