Rent Equipment and Tools

Jess Netzel.png

We provide local growers with access to necessary equipment without having to take on the burdens associated with ownership. By sharing equipment across many different growers, the equipment will be better utilized, spending more time in the fields and less time sitting in storage. Over time, we plan to expand our assortment of equipment. If there is something you wish we had, please let us know!

We know that owning all of your own equipment can be both costly and difficult to store. There are many items that you may only need a few times per year, and it is often cheaper and more convenient to rent these items for the days you need them. We offer affordable pricing and convenient pickup and drop-off!

Thanks to the Jefferson Conservation District for partnering on this equipment and tool rental program.

How It Works

GoFarm’s tool rental library is available to all local producers! Participants in GoFarm’s Beginning Farmer Training Program receive a 50% discount on all tool rentals.

1

Click the "Rent Equipment and Tools" button on this page to create an account with MyTurn and get set up with GoFarm’s tool rental library.

  • Users must agree to GoFarm’s terms & conditions and upload a form of payment before making reservations.

  • Your account will need to be approved before you are able to make reservations. Please email kevin@gofarm.org with any issues creating an account.

2

Once your account is created, you are able to rent tools from GoFarm’s library as needed. You can choose the tools you would like to rent, then pick the days you would like to reserve them for.  Daily and weekly rentals are available.

3

Renters are responsible for their own transportation of any rented tools and must return rentals at the end of their reservation. Late fees will be applied for tools not returned on time. More information on pick up location are provided in your account and reservation details.
